Terms & Conditions

1. The buyer is deemed to accept our general sales conditions and to renounce his own general purchase conditions.

2. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price. All risks are borne by the buyer. The advances paid remain vested in the seller as compensation for possible losses on resale. In the event of resale of the goods, even processed, the property of the seller, the buyer transfers, from now on, to the seller as security all claims resulting from this resale.

3. In any case, the transport risks of the object of the order, as soon as it has left our storage places, are borne by the customer.

4. Unless otherwise stated, which must be confirmed in writing, a lump sum of EUR 12.40 will be charged for each delivery for an amount of less than EUR 500.00.

5. Unless otherwise stipulated, which must be confirmed in writing, our invoices are payable no later than 30 days after the invoice date. The relevant payments must be made to one of the financial institutions indicated in the documents. From the due date, interest on arrears amounting to 10% per year is owed by operation of law and without prior notice of default. In addition, a compensation of 10% of the amount of the invoice, with a minimum of EUR 50.00 Euro, will be owed by operation of law and without notice of default, as a penalty for default of the payment of the invoice on the agreed due date. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries until all outstanding accounts are fully cleared.

6. Any complaint regarding deliveries and invoices must be communicated to us in writing, or under penalty of forfeiture, within 8 days respectively after the delivery date or invoice date.

7. In the event of postponement of payment, concordat or bankruptcy on the part of the buyer, the sale will be immediately legally dissolved upon the unforeseen occurrence of any of these facts, unless we notify the buyer of our decision to keep the sale.

8. In case of dispute or dispute, only the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
